I'm Tonya English, Founder and Principal Consultant at HiddenWord Momentum. After nearly two decades leading HR and people strategy across industries — construction, compliance, seismic exploration, manufacturing, nonprofit, and global corporate environments — I started this firm because I kept seeing the same pattern: leaders who genuinely cared, teams that were burning out, and no clear picture of what was actually breaking down.

HWM exists to change that. I work with business owners and operations leaders to surface what's really happening beneath the surface, connect people and culture issues to operational reality, and build the systems that let teams do their best work without running on empty.

The name HiddenWord Momentum reflects the foundation beneath everything I do: a commitment to integrity, to serving people with intention, and to doing the work well — not just getting it done. Every engagement is grounded in those values, whether the client shares them or not.
